From the first feasibility sketch to the final handover walk-through — we keep architecture, interior, landscape, and project management under one roof so the brief, the budget, and the build never drift apart.
We treat every project as a single conversation between climate, craft, and code — Malaysian climate, regional craft, and the international compliance code our LAM/PAM/MGBC registrations require.
Coordinating four disciplines from inside one studio cuts the handoff friction that fragments most projects. The structural engineer, the M&E consultant, the landscape architect, and the project manager all read from the same BIM model.
Residential, commercial, and institutional architecture — from a private home in Bukit Jelutong to a 20-storey office tower. We start every project with a site walk, a climate diagram, and a budget conversation.
Office fit-outs, hospitality interiors, and residential interior. We design at 1:5 detail level so the contractor knows exactly how the timber meets the stone — and so the project survives value-engineering.
Tropical landscape design that earns its rain. We design for the climate we have — heavy monsoon, dense canopy, evening breeze — using native and adapted species that thrive without irrigation overhead.
End-to-end project management — tendering, contractor coordination, payment certification, site inspections, and handover. We sit on your side of the table.
Every project is modelled in BIM (Revit / IFC) from concept through documentation. Drag the slider to wipe between the as-built and the schematic / structure / services view — what the builder sees when we hand them the model.
Site walk, climate diagram, budget. We listen before we sketch.
Massing studies, material palette, three concept directions. The client picks one (or asks for a fourth).
BIM model from day one. Engineers and M&E consultants coordinate against the same source of truth.
Tender drawings, specifications, schedules. The build packet a contractor can actually price.
Weekly site visits, payment certification, defects walk-through. We sign off when you do.
We work with clients who care about how their buildings sit in place. Tell us about yours.
