Residensi Idaman

Residensi Idaman, also known as Rumah Selangorku at Selangor Cyber Valley, is a flagship affordable-housing development designed for PKNS. The project demonstrates how IBS construction can deliver dignified housing at scale without compromising spatial generosity or daylight.

The masterplan is organised around shared courtyards and pedestrian spines, with units oriented to capture cross-ventilation and minimise western exposure. The result is a community fabric — not a housing stock — and one that has set a new benchmark for affordable residential design in Malaysia.
